My grandma's probably the best cook in the world. Her chilli sauce's a blend of ginger, garlic, chilli, dark vinegar, salt and sugar cooked in chicken stock. Beat that man! But this taste-bud stunner is hard to replicate, coz all it takes to make this, according to grandma, is love and estimation.
Sorry no pics... good sauces have gone down my stomach with my grandma's signature prawn noodles.
